What channels are available on the Conversations Inbox?

As an omnichannel platform, the Conversations Inbox offers a wide range of messaging channels to communicate with your customers. WhatsApp Business is already added to your Conversations Inbox package by default.

  • Instagram Direct Messages: adding Instagram can be done by following these steps. Message fees are not charged for Instagram.
  • Apple Business Chat: adding Apple can be done by following these steps. Message fees are not charged for Apple. 
  • Facebook Messenger: adding Facebook Messenger can be done by following these steps. Message fees are not charged for Facebook. 
  • Twitter DMs: adding Twitter DMs can be done by following these steps. Message fees are not charged for Twitter. 
  • Google Business Messages: adding Google Business Messages can be done by following these steps. Message fees are not charged by Google. 
  • Custom Chat (BYO): adding your web chat can be done by following these steps. Message fees are not charged for web chats.
