What channels are available on the Conversations Inbox?
As an omnichannel platform, the Conversations Inbox offers a wide range of messaging channels to communicate with your customers. WhatsApp Business is already added to your Conversations Inbox package by default.
Here are the channels available for the Conversations Inbox:
Requires additional onboarding
- WhatsApp Business: you should start your Conversations Inbox onboarding with WhatsApp. Create your WhatsApp account here. Select your WhatsApp package and add EUR 100 to unlock your Conversations Inbox account.
- Viber Business Messages: Viber requires additional onboarding. Request your account here. Message fees are charged on top as per Viber pricing.
- SMS: SMS requires additional onboarding. Message fees are charged on top as per SMS pricing.
Self-service onboarding
- Instagram Direct Messages: adding Instagram can be done by following these steps. Message fees are not charged for Instagram.
- Apple Business Chat: adding Apple can be done by following these steps. Message fees are not charged for Apple.
- Facebook Messenger: adding Facebook Messenger can be done by following these steps. Message fees are not charged for Facebook.
- Twitter DMs: adding Twitter DMs can be done by following these steps. Message fees are not charged for Twitter.
- Google Business Messages: adding Google Business Messages can be done by following these steps. Message fees are not charged by Google.
- Custom Chat (BYO): adding your web chat can be done by following these steps. Message fees are not charged for web chats.
